"We were only there for 3 nights because of a last minute change of circumstances. I am a local and work for Rainbow Glass, who services your property regularly. My girlfriend was visiting from Montana and our plans for the last 3 days of her trip got changed. Our stay there was so good. When we checked in, i believe her name was Althea (?),, made a great impression with us. She was so friendly, and showed us a bit of a jovial side. I would give her 10 outta 10 stars. Otherwise, we had really very little to no interactions with the staff or guests, and our stau there was so peaceful and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. The room was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed in room 6025. Our balcony didnt have a little table on it, which was a minor inconvenience, and we wouldn't have thought about it, but we noticed the other balconies we could see had one. No big deal though. There really was nothing I could have asked for improvement with. Thank you for the hospitality"

"It was amazing. Great view. Lovely pool. Never had an issue getting a lounger by the pool. Right on the beach and by restaurants. Studio was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend! "

"It is a really nice property right on the beach. The ground is well kept. It has several pools with water slides and a family friendly place. Right next door is Whaler's Village which has lots of stores and restaurants. The ABC store in the Whaler's Village has everything from grab and go's to beer also souvenir to take home. Very friendly staff. We will definitely go back should we visit Maui again."

"We had a wonderful 6-night stay at the OUTRIGGER Kaanapali Beach Resort. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Self-parking was available for $25 per night, and there was always ample space. Beach access was incredibly convenient, and exchanging pool cards for fresh beach towels was quick and easy. The pool was a highlight — well-maintained, with sections up to 7 feet deep. Plenty of hammocks around the property made for great photo ops and relaxing moments. The on-site café was perfect for grabbing morning coffee, and the staff was very responsive when we requested tea and coffee refills for the room. We also enjoyed the resort’s close proximity to a golf course, which allowed us to hit the driving range during our stay. Whalers Village shopping area was just a 5–10 minute walk away — we had a great time browsing shops and enjoyed delicious açaí bowls at Island Vintage Coffee. Overall, excellent hospitality and a relaxing experience — we’d definitely return!"

"Had a great 7 day vacation here. The rooms are clean and huge. Awesome views from ocean front room. The staff are efficient and very friendly. Plenty of chairs by the huge pool. The beach at the resort is great and not crowded. There’s a a strip mall across the street that has a grocery store and restaurants. There’s even a food truck park a short walk away. Will definitely stay here again."
