"Checked in at 3:00 which was check in time. Was told room was not ready. Not a big deal they gave us another one that was ready. Supposed to be smoke free hotel but from smell in room when we opened the door you could easily tell someone prior to us had been smoking in the room "

"The toilet was loose, not bolted to the floor. The power went out, the front desk didn’t answer the phone. There was construction in the room above us, we heard drills and saws all night. "

"Only complaint is that the cable tv is horrible. Screwy method of finding anything, no normal guide. This may well be the fault of the local cable provider. It would be well for them to find another way if possible."
