"Hotel property was very well maintained, on-site restaurant was great! Staff were very friendly and great hospitality. Rooms were a bit limited on extras (small tv, limited towels, no coffee maker etc) but bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large and renovated. Overall positive stay! It is in an area on its own so not close to other restaurants etc, but a great location for a short stay and only 20 min drive from Heraklion airport!"

"Room is very basic. Hard and uncomfortable bed. Only 1 pillow on each side. Pool and facilities are actually not bad but it was very chaotic with tons of children running around. Buffet offered very unauthentic cheap food so we did not really eat there despite paying for all inclusive. The dining hours are very fixed. Wonderful Stay at Out Of The Blue Resort

"My family and I recently stayed 4 days in the hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel beach(s) and pools are perfect, with 2 water slides for the kids fun. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The 2 bed room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including 2 bath rooms. The only downside was that our room was on the first floor, right above the area where the entertainment staff performed. It was a bit loud, but we enjoyed the music, so it wasn't a big issue. The variety of food and beverages was excellent, and the spa was both relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, the hotel meets my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay."
