"The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The highlight was the front desk. Alessandra (hope I spell her name right) and her colleague were so lovely since I arrived at the hotel. They were exceptionally attentive and did more than any hotel staff would do to make me feel welcome. When I said I didn’t have anything to eat the whole day, they suggested the food and ordered it for me. If I was based in Dallas, I would hire them to work for me. Remarkable customer experience. "

"We stayed here family with 4 kids , super clean Very big comfortable room . The breakfast was nice The only thing you should know, there is no free parking you have 2 choices or leave your car on public parking ( around $35 for a day) or use a valet parking service it will be $45 before tax and fees ( we paid around 55$) I think I would think twice if I knew that before I booked it. Thank you "
