Nice hotel that could have been so much more
We only stayed here for one night, and were greeted by a nice and friendly staff. The hotel is at a beautiful location. However the whole experience is let down by the poor cleaning and poor state everything was in. Broken tiles everywhere, most of the furniture was broken or very worn, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard, but the air condition worked perfectly and kept the rooms nice and cool. I wish they at least would have fixed all the broken tiles in the pools, as it's very easy to get a cut on them. There are tons of cats in the area. They are docile and friendly, but there are a lot of them. Be aware if you're allergic or afraid of cats. The room was a bit filthy, and most kitchen utensils were missing. It's a bit sad, because this hotel has a lot of potential, and could be a real gem with a proper renovation. On the bright side it's very affordable.

Experiência terrível. A estrutura do hotel é horrível. Roupa de cama e banho amareladas e com cheiro de mofo. Quarto fede a mofo. Parte externa da sacada com luz queimada, piscina privativa muito suja, café da manhã com ovo, cuscuz, batata, salsinha e linguiça calabresa basicamente isso. Banheiro com cheiro triste.

Tive uma ótima estadia, fui com minha esposa e ela adorou. Imenso a natureza, com uma vista maravilhosa não temos o que reclamar com no quesito beleza desse hotel, entretanto, alguns detalhes, eu diria, especificamente na falta de manutenção poderá chatear hospedes com grau de exigência maior, o que não foi o meu caso. O café da manhã é um espetáculo! E o atendimento no restaurante é de excelência! Ofurô perfeito!

Excelente experiência! As acomodações bem limpas e tudo cuidadosamente arrumado. Na suíte que eu fiquei tinha uma geladeira, um cooktop de 2 bocas e uma TV em um dos quartos. Como viajamos com crianças, trouxemos um liquidificador para fazer mingau para elas. Panelas, pratos, copos e talheres também trouxemos porque sabíamos que não teria. A propriedade toda é muito bonita, desde a óbvia paisagem vista da piscina, bem como o design da própria piscina, a farta vegetação por toda a área e por todo o caminho percebe-se o trabalho de manter tudo aquilo em ordem. É um local perfeito para descansar, relaxar, ter tranquilidade ou para casais que queiram ter um momento romântico de forma mais íntima. O restaurante fica ao lado da piscina e eles ficam até à noite atendendo. Junto da música e da iluminação da piscina à noite torna-se bem legal ficar naquele espaço à noite. Pra quem não se agrade do restaurante, é permitido comprar em aplicativos de delivery de lanches, desde que consuma nas suítes. Enfim, foi uma experiência agradável que eu pretendo repetir.

Lugar incrível, as acomodações são confortáveis, porém, fiquei em um quarto em que a terceira cama era do tipo auxiliar e, portanto, muito dura. Os funcionários são maravilhosos. A observação vai para o restaurante, que precisa oferecer um cardápio com mais qualidade.
