"Very tired and dated. Internet worked in reception and not in the room. Broken chair in room. Electrical wires evident. Best advice to travellers- don't stop. Go elsewhere."

"The style and view at this property was amazing and relaxing, close to local shops and bathhouse. The outdoor day bed was unusable as it had not been cleaned, full of bird droppings. Toilet was not clean and place was slightly dusty. "

"First stay at this hotel and it was really nice. The rooms and hotel generally were clean, and all was in good order. Not the largest rooms but for one it was fine. They do offer off-street parking but tried twice, on check-in and then after dinner and there was no space. There is all day parking about 30-40 metres away so that wasn't the end of the world. I have one negative or criticism, and that was to do with breakfast where I met a client. We both ordered eggs, but it came with just one...

"I stayed in one of the newer renovated rooms. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the rainfall shower. My only issue is that I wish there was sheer blinds or tinted windows as you can see right into people’s rooms when the blinds are up (majority of rooms are on ground level). "

"The team at Mineral Springs Hotel made or wedding anniversary wonderful. The room & facilities were nice, especially considering the original character of the building was maintained, however the treatment we received was magnificent. We were welcomed and cared for as if we were royalty, and the food was exceptional.
