"Pulled up and wanted to cancel reservation. This hotel has outside doors and I have two teenage girls with me. Once I spoke with the front desk, I felt at ease he reassured me it was safe and not to worry. Most people are here to go to Seaworld . The room was super clean. If it wasn’t for the Front desk I wouldn’t have stayed or even come up to the room. Nit sure how I missed it in the site . Booked in a rush. You need to give the front desk man (I forgot his name so sorry) a raise, if not for him many would leave. Parking lot in back needs way more lighting. "

"Everything was great staff was very friendly There was no soap or paper towel in the kitchen but we just ran to the dollar store and got some. I’m not sure if they forgot or if they just don’t supply it. It was not a big deal. I would most definitely stay here again. "

"When I pulled up. I immediately noticed the American and state flag were in bad shape. I forgot to tell the front desk. I woke up in the morning and they were replaced with new ones. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!!! "
