"A generally all round good find in the town centre with everything walkable to the Málecon it's cafes & restaurants & also a supermarket. Equally to the centre of the San Felipe district for coffee,shops and the central square. The hotel itself is billed as a 2* but is better than that. It is clean & secure with a 24 hour reception & a small car park attached. It has lovely rooftop terrace with a bar open from 6pm local time with amazing views over Puerto Plata & accesible from the 2nd floor...
