"The room was clean and simple making it a great value. The bed was nicely made, the shower curtain clean and the water nice and warm . I appreciated the relativity recent paint and other maintenance. The parking lot is well lit and I had easy parking for my trailer. It's close to I80/90. I was passing through and would definitely stay there again. "

"We stopped here for one night whilst touring around Ohio. This is a Victorian house with many features from that period. The host, Landon, greeted us and explained everything to us. The property sits in a quiet neighbourhood, but still convenient for downtown Toledo. The room we had was well furnished and equipped. One also has the use of the downstairs reception rooms, kitchen and even the laundry room. Would recommend if you are looking for a slightly “quirky” guest house in Toledo."
