"Lovely old hotel in a beautiful Swiss village. Really like the old skool vibe of this hotel. Nice friendly staff. Our suite was very large with a huge terrace. Sadly no outdoor chairs in March which was a shame as the weather was fabulous. 2 full bathrooms. Very uncomfortable sofa. Bed a bit on the small side for the size of room. "Lot of construction on the way up the hill to the hotel. GPS got confused gping on the goat path, the only way we could get there. We new it would be somewhat isolated so we brought a few food items because the kitchen was advertised. Olny one pot. No frying pan. "Seehof could have been a nice hotel. However too much is missing. They didn’t clean the rooms we had booked, the food was terrible and sometimes uneatable, scramble eggs are made from powder, the receptionists ( with one exception- Marina) were unwelcoming and showed no interest in the guests. I would strongly advise against having dinner at the hotel. The food and how it was prepared does not belong at all in a 5 star hotel. "

Furniture getting tired, rooms and corridors not cleaned regularly, the same dirt was there on the floors for the whole week of our stay. Breakfast not up to standard, but evening meals in La Muna and Sapori were fine. Outdoor pool was great. Staff very helpful, Lena from kids club took fantastic care of our doggy taking him for long walks everyday. "
