"Love, love love it here! Close proximity to local Austin culture(music venues, bars, restaurants) and there’s a huge park right next to the property. The property itself is large so make sure you follow the map but once you take one walk around it’s easy to remember the layout. The gym is modern and clean and there’s a great coffee shop right in front. I would absolutely stay here again! "

"The property is a quaint bungalow nestled in a fun East Austin neighborhood. It had all the things we needed for a couple's weekend! "Great location near the river and near Rainey St but when I showed up they did not have my reservation. After driving 18 hrs and arriving exhausted Avant Stay could not put me in any of their units. They just said I did not have a reservation even thought I had a confirmation from Expedia. "

"It was fine for the pricing. Some minor things had to be overlooked when it came to the location and some of the other patron's nocturnal activities, but it's close enough to travel to anywhere in the city without much hassle, and the apartment was nice and clean. It was perfect for my needs and stay here in Austin. I would recommend for traveling on a budget. "
