The walls are thin, or the doors have zero soundproofing. I understand some noise. But, I could hear the people next door every time they made a phone call, coughed, or anything. It did not seem like they were trying to be loud. Also, the lights would flicker,, and the microwave would start beeping at around 6pm, both nights. We kind of laughed at it and unplugging it until the next day. But, it was nuts. Also, the tv volume was weird. All the noises were really loud. But, we couldnt hear anything the people were saying. My 15 yr old has excellent hearing. So, it wasn't old man ears that was the problem

Walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. I complained many times about the people above me and nothing was done anout it. Room was full of pet hair and nothing was done about.

The hotel is located within a safe and walkable area across from Jack in Box. There are several stores and restaurant nearby. Panda Express is only 5 minutes walking distance. The front desk was nice and informative. Please keep in mindl, you must request for a housekeeping service, otherwise no cleaning service is provided until the day you check out. The breakfast is good. There is a hot drink machine available for hotel guests 24/7. It made delicious enough coffee and hot chocolate. Inside my room is pretty clean. I got a king size to myself. It has ample space with office desk-chair and a lounge chair. The mattress and pillow are perfect and very comfortable. The only issue I had is the bed frame made loud creaky and squeaky sound every time I adjusted my sleeping position or sat on it before it slammed onto the floor. That was such annoyance. The hotel is so much nicer now. I have a positive experience here and hopefully you will, too.

Hotel conveniente para una, estadía de turismo o compras en Los Ángeles. La habitación está muy bien, estándar, con camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Tiene microondas, refrigerador y caja de seguridad, aplanchador y secadora de pelo. El desayuno buffet bueno, mejor que en otros hoteles de la misma categoría (café, té, jugos, frutas, yogurt, huevos revueltos, papas en cuadritos, salchichas, pan, galletas, brownies, wafles, mermeladas, cereales,...). El oarqueo bien y amplio. Hay muchos centros comerciales cerca (recomiendo Del Amo, entre otros). El personal es atento y servicial, tanto en recepción como las amas de llaves. Tienen guardaequipaje.

The rooms are pretty clean, staff is friendly and are willing to help with any inconvenience or problem your having with your room or etc. They have a decent breakfast included. The beach is only a ten minute drive. I would definitely stay again and would recommend!

Reception not there for about 10 minutes when we arrived, one key of 2 did not work, rm bathroom hair on bathtub wall, beside rm ice machine loud noise all night, beside rm another rm with door to go thru felt very unsafe, there is another door to the hotel right beside this rm and anybody can access the hotel no key needed, very loud guests in the beside rm, loud noise coming from the above rm while walking .
