「The hotel says they have airport parking, but when my child and I arrived in the evening, after a long day of traveling, they told us there was no more parking available and that we would have to move our car to airport parking. So we had to go back out, take our car to airport parking then walk back to the hotel in the dark. The hotel parking lot was not even halfway full. 」

「The hotel resides in an older part of town so they have kept the facade the way it was years ago ( but have maintained it beautifully). However the inside has been modernized. The room I stayed in looked like it had recently been refurbished (?), with a very clean restroom, shower, etc. Every part of the property was extremely well maintained. Would not hesitate to book that hotel again.」

「The front desk staff that was there when I arrived was so delightful. She was friendly and informative. There were fresh cookies and she offered us bottled water. The room was clean and overall I felt safe and comfortable.」
