"I show up to being told my receipt from you guys meant nothing and had to pay again because yall didn’t contact them but I strongly feel like I was scammed by the hotel or its employee. I would like a refund on my card please because my girlfriend paid cash at the hotel since we were already there and exhausted. "Nothing to like. No heat worked during the night. The next morning trying to take a warm shower the water flooded under the wall and out in to the room and all over the floor. I told the desk and they didn't seem to care. So I said I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay and get my money back. I wouldn't stay there again, ever."

"Check in was easy, the room was nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the TV was large. It was quiet, and parking was very easy. Overall just a really nice stay. I would definitely stay there again."
