「This is a boutique hotel with nice design. Up to standard service with details, esp the shuttle has helped us a lots. A very nice guy from shuttle took good care of us. Meal quality was okay, normal standard, not much surprise. Location was a bit far, but with nice view. 」

「We stayed at Le Fitz Roy last year and enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay again for this year's Val Thorens ski trip. 「Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.」

「The images on orbitz does not do it service. The Lobby quite spacious, rooms spacious by European standards, the dining is superb, 3 restaurants in hotel with large patio service, superb profession service, and the chef preparations for dinner exquisite, gymn, pool, sauna etc. Staff very friendly and professional, would return. & best of all SKI IN/SKI OUT !!! 「Nice hotel in a good location. We were B&B, breakfast had a good selection, however food was warm, not hot and baked beans were stone cold most mornings. As we were B&B we decided we would pay and try dinner one night. We were glad that we hadn’t selected this option. Again the food was warm at best and variably not worth the €35 pp we had to pay for the experience. In summary, nice hotel, service and staff were good, food needs improving. 」
