"Motel is listed as non-smoking yet my room smelled of Marijuana. Bed cover had burn marks in it, towels in bathroom were stained and rough. Shower curtain had mold stains on it. Motel has no outside 'Smoking Area' available. Parking lot is very small. About a dozen 'Street People' bothered me at various times while smoking a cigarette in the parking lot. Was woken up at 8am by loud air blower outside my door. Overall not an enjoyable stay."

But once I did that it was totally quiet enough. I stayed in mid October and was quite fine not having air conditioning. I’m not a big fan of Long Beach in general, but discovered 4th St on my last day which changed everything - very cool strip of independent shops and eateries. Lunch at El Barrio Cantina was...

2.5 star property

"It was clean and comfy. The heater did not work but they gave us an extra blanket and we wete cozy. We were traveling with our elderly cat so when we were checking out we couldn't leave the door open while loading our car. The only annoying thing that happened was our room key expired while we were loading our car, so we had to get another one to finish up, we had plenty of time before check out time. Otherwise good value for the price and friendly helpful service. "
