"Hotel is well situated for tourism, but I might have preferred an area with more of a neighborhood feel. Our original room was an interior room and it was so dark that I couldn't even read with the lights on, so I had to upgrade to an exterior room. The room was nice and comfortable and spacious, but the decor was a little strange for my taste. I agreed to have housekeeping only come once every three days which I regretted as when they did come they did not leave enough towels, toilet paper or...

"I booked a 1 night stay for my wife and daughter and they have not stopped raving about what a fabulous hotel The Shard is. Staff absolutely lovely and the room and the views are apparently stunning. They were made to feel so welcome at Check in. They were really excited about the stay and expected the hotel to be great, but so far it has exceeded their expectations !!"

"Absolutely loved my experience here. Super courteous staff, amazing location, great food and amenities. The only thing that I struggled with was the television and the internet. YouTube was not working properly and there was no Netflix or Prime available. I was only there for one night so didn’t request it to be fixed either. But I’m sure they would’ve dealt with it. "

"The hotel is lovely and a great location on the South Bank. I’ve stayed twice. There was a small issue with service each time where it fell below expectations and their standards, however, when raised to the guest services team they addressed it immediately, which shows they care about their guests. Great spa and gym. Still and sparkling water available on each floor. Very walkable and easy access to several tube and train stations. Dive stayed here twice and would stay again. "

"Loved this hotel, only a few minutes walk away from the tube station but such a nice quiet area and easy to forget you were in London! Staff very friendly especially Victor and breakfast in the hotel was lovely, but a bit expensive. Can walk to St Paul’s Cathedral from here and the Millenium bridge. Would definitely stay here again."
