I initially got upgraded upon check in, then had a faulty air conditioner. They immediately found me another upgraded room. How could I complain? Super handy to get to Heathrow for a morning flight and a nice bit of a time out before tackling the airport. A lovely stay!

Close to the airport with swarms of uber drivers about. Nothing to walk to outside the hotel. Service was solid all around and the restaurant foods were tastey. The hotel though tries to be sexier than it really is. the room was decent but had minor quirks, such as stick on tiles to cover other colored tiles, lights that flickered, and not all the usb charging ports worked. Regardless, for the price and convenience--highly recommend!
