Used WhatsApp to communicate with Bob the host, and he was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location for tourists as it is closed to the Kensington Olympia underground station.

It takes a bit to get used to lack of hotel staff as everything is through your phone but bob w does contact you through whatsapp amd gives youbthe codes to your room and tips for your stay. there is a bus near that takes you to the train where you can access most landmarks in the city.

Great stay in the West Kensington area. The apartments are clean, beautiful, and cozy. Small, thoughtful details like personalised cards, local coffee, and shortbread make you feel welcome. Very close to the London Olympia events place. A few parks are nearby to enjoy nature. Walking distance to a few underground stations helps to plan your commuting easier.

There was some confusion about obtainng the door code on my first night so i had to make the decision to book the hotel up the road for the night. I finally got an email from the staff the morning after and i was able to get into the building. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was a bit cramped but i managed it. Other tennants were quiet so the only noise i had was the occaisonal police car going past the building. This place was a good value overall and i would stay there again.

This was a fantastic property. The room was beautiful and new, full of thoughtful touches. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The size of the room is perfect for a single traveler but a little snug for two people. The check in and out were hassle free and the whatsapp help was prompt, even though it felt like it was powered by AI. Even though I didn't need much assistance, I would've liked to see a friendly face on site, just for peace of mind. All in all, very much recommended!

Honestly first time staying with bob w, And it was fantastic. The location (train station a stones throw away) or a 5min walk to Shepherd’s Bush station, hotel, cleanliness, everything was amazing couldn’t have picked a better place and would 100% stay in a bob w hotel again. We had a little bit of electrical lighting problem on our last night. But they tried there best to fix the problem. Honestly I would recommend a stay in a Bob W accommodation to anyone! 5⭐️’s

Not my best visit to London. You think having a reception less hotel will be fine , but it doesn’t work! There was a fire alarm in the hotel with nobody around to support. The rooms aren’t cleaned as expected. This hotel was basically a dorm room or a hostel. Had to WhatsApp to ask for everything and my room stinking marijuana from a previous guest. Avoid!

La habitación estaba bien, con muchos detalles (café, infusiones, tapones para los oídos, esterilla de yoga, discos desmaquillantes y bastoncillos para los oídos...). Como puntos negativos, el ruido que había (ventanas nada insonorizadas, con lo que en nuestra habitacion que da a a la calle el ruido para dormir era tremendo). También que hacía demasiado calor en la habitación y no se podia ventilar.

Man hat alles, was man für einen Städtetrip braucht, weshalb es auch in Ordnung ist, dass das Zimmer ziemlich klein ist, da sich eh nur zum Schlafen dort aufgehalten wird. Nur der Lärm von der Straße ist relativ laut, sodass das bei leichtem Schlaf stören könnte.
