"Fantastic place directly in the old town. Rooms where modern, clean and spacious. Room was quiet. Bed where comfortable and the is a heater if you need it. Comes with a kitchenette if you prefer to cook small meals. A full fridge and washing machine if you must. Staff where friendly, polite and informative. The shower had quick hot shower with plenty of room in the bathroom for everything. Good value for money would happily stay again."

"Terrible experience. We reserved for an apartment with kitchenette and only when on the spot (9 pm) we were told that, due to overbooking, there were only two hotel single rooms available at higher rate. After poor and somewhat ridiculous explanations over the issue, the least the reception could do was to send us to another hotel."

"We rented a two bedroom apartment at Anenská 1, which is close to the train station, but somewhat outside of the city centre. Any convenience of being close to the station was however reduced by having to pick up the key at Medena 10. The apartment is small but well planned, but in a very bad condition and filthy.
