"The stay was comfortable but the room was a bit small. The hotel's main entrance has 5-10 steps and it's a bit inconvenient to take your luggage up them. They have an accessible side entrance but it's a bit inconvenient I think. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable and the breakfast was nice."

"As usual the beds were wonderful, comfortable and the bedding was 100% quality cotton. The staff we interacted with from check- in and check-out to our breakfast waitress Sintu (she was tremendous) were so kind, friendly and professional. The hotel was extremely clean: elevators, hallways, common areas and especially the room. We actually encountered the cleaning staff washing the walls of the hallways which I have never seen before.....the hotel clearly maintains their property."
