Our son was not feeling well the night/ early morning staff were very helpful in getting crackers water etc. the room was big enough that the three of us and service dog had plenty of space. 「Traveling with a handicapped family member and first thing we noticed was the elevator was out of service. Fortunately, the woman at the front desk made an effort to get a room on the first floor available for him and he was okay. My room was lacking towels, soap, and even cups upon arrival.
