"The lady that checked us in was nice. At first glance, the rooms were clean. But the lock on the door didnt latch. It was insanely hot. Throughout the whole building. Im a tennesean who turned the ac on on december in michigan because it was so unbearbly hot. The breakfast room as miserably hot too. But the bathtub didnt drain and there was no hot water in the bathtub. The soap looked like it had been used and put back in the wrapper. The beds were hard and pillows looked like throw pillows....

"Overall it’s a nice place. My stay was over a holiday so housekeeping services weren’t offered. Honestly that wasn’t a problem for me however I found trash in my room in several places which I wasn’t happy about because it clearly means prior cleaning was not up to par. A family member also had the same issue in their room. The staff I encountered was very helpful & friendly which is always a plus. The lady who was there for breakfast every morning was very pleasant I loved to see her interact...
