「Four of us stayed here in two room. Great hotel and location to get access to the river. Pool was fantastic and the rooms comfortable- albeit the air conditioning was quite noisy. Free parking onsite and the staff are great ! Restaurant offered a good choice of food and each time the food was tasty and well presented. We also hired the private boat for a day trip on the river - whilst it was Q3000 it is worth it if you have a few of you, although there were drinks - there could have been more...

「The hotel was very nice, the staff was pleasant and willing to help with any needs. The food options were plenty and tasted delicious. The only recommendation I would have is to put a fresh coat of paint in some of the areas. However, that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. 」

「Es un hotel antiguo y muy reconocido en Río Dulce, pero esa misma antigüedad ha pasado factura, ya que si bien es cierto el servicio es excelente, el restaurante muy bueno y cuenta con varias actividades (piscina, jacuzzi, kayaks, ping pong, etc.), el estado de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear y más aún por el elevado precio por noche (alrededor de $120 la noche). 」

「This is a very charming hotel that you can get to it only by boat from the little village. You should pay 25 to get there. Do not pay more than 50.!!! The hotel is very charming. The Was are very nice. They have a nice restaurant but it’s little expensive every item that I tried was amazing.!!!!! They have kayak to rent and they can arrange for a boat tour for you」

「The shower never worked and there was too much sound (music) during the night and early in the morning. The room we choose had a picture with tv but there was none in the room. We also got food poisoning from our dinner. Javier the guy from the reception was nice and the view was great.」

「The staff are excellent. Very helpful and accomadting. Had issue with expedia booking and hotel called expedia to resolve. The team goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. They have a massage therapist on staff with extensive expierience and does excellent work for us middle age people! Definately reccomend the hotel for families or a couples getaway」
