"Spent 3 nights at this hotel and we loved it! Staffs are amazing and very friendly. Room was ready by noon. Tons of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Location is unbeatable, in the heart of everything! 15 mins walk to Time Out Market. 2 mins walk to the main shopping strip. Jazz performance every night between 7-8pm. Room is very clean and well maintained. "

"I checked in on my 40th birthday and the front desk had upgraded my room without even requesting. We went out for dinner and the room was decorated with local bottle of bubbles, cake, chocolates and lavender pouches. Really made my day special! The indoor pool is nice with warm water! "

"It is a very beautiful hotel where you feel very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and make you feel like it is your home. I have to commend Adriano who worked at the front desk and was ver friendly and helpful. He was very engaging and whenever he saw us he would come out from behind the desk to talk with us.The room was and upgrade, very roomy with a beautiful view. It looked forward to going to the bar before dinner very night. It was beautiful and the staff was impeccable. Next time...

"Staff were absolutely awesome. The room was very comfortable, and clean. We had a small balcony on our room. The food at the restaurant was very good. We had prepaid for dinner and breakfast was included. The food at the upstairs bar was also very good but not included. It is a little bit away from shopping and downtown but taxis are about 7€ or there is a hop on hop off bus nearby. The taxis mostly do cash only though. Only a few take credit card.
