"Front desk staff was amazing. They went above and beyond trying to help with a card issue. Came up with suggestions which solved the issue. They were very knowledgeable of the area and told us of all amenities that were available to us. I do not remember the young man’s name but he was working with Arianna. This will now be me BWI/concert going hotel. The room was very clean the bed was so comfortable we feel asleep before the concert was a little late be was refreshed and ready to party "
