Everything worked well, very clean room and large bed (also large sofa bed for our toddlers). We only stayed for one night so it worked perfectly. Maybe not ideal for longer period because the room doesn’t have fridge to store snacks/drinks or much storage capacity to organize clothes/lugagge. I like that the toilet room is separated of the bathroom and both have quiet sliding doors that kept the light and noise from our kids while they slept.

Nothing to do in close proximity. Staff were not welcoming at all. Not enough shelving in the room for personal items. Bathroom stool was used to hold all towels etc.

My feedback is a joined feedback for Expedia and the Bercail Hotel. I paid extra 16 euros on the Expedia site that stated allows me to cancel or change the reservation if needed. I reached out to Expedia to use it. They told me that they need to check with the hotel. At the hotel, nobody was available to approve the request. This should not be the case: the Expedia extra service should not be in conflict with the hotel policy.

The hotel has potential for improvement.
The Bercail Hotel offers a modern ambiance, but there are areas for improvement. The carpet is uncomfortable, bed sheets are rough, and bathrooms are inconvenient for shorter individuals. Breakfast lacks non-dairy options, and the scrambled eggs and bacon were disappointing. Unfriendly staff further detracted from the experience. The hotel has potential for improvement, and I wouldn't stay again.

XXL room for 4 ppl+
A clean, hi-tech, and comfy hotel. We like the room design, lights are bright enough,it has two smart TVs , one in living room, one in bed room. Beds are decent size , bedding are high quality. It is not in city center, good for those who are driving. There are a Pizza restaurant and a fishmonger just 1min walk for the hotel. The only missing item is kittle or a coffee machine. It’s a top 3 Star hotel.

Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Hotel très bien tenu. Service professionnel. Restaurant de qualité sur place qui est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner est bien, rien d'extraordinaire, il meriterait un peu plus de diversité (ex : crepes, pancakes, gateaux, crudités...). Chambres bien tenues et moderne.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und bieten ein schönes Ambiente. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und die Atmosphäre angenehm.
 Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption bei der Ankunft unflexibel. Dies hinterließ einen negativen ersten Eindruck. Es gab ein Verbot von Speisen und Getränken auf dem Zimmer, was bedeutete, dass kein Abendessen und kein Frühstück im Zimmer möglich war und es aufgrund des schlechten Wetters keine Möglichkeit gab, auf die Terrasse auszuweichen. Diese Einschränkung war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich und haben wir bisher in keinem Hotel erlebt! Wäre dies vorher bekannt gewesen, hätten wir hier auf keinen Fall übernachtet. 
Trotz vorheriger Anfrage (3 Tage) gab es keine glutenfreien Frühstücksoptionen. Dies zeigt mangelnde Berücksichtigung spezieller Ernährungsbedürfnisse, was heutzutage eigentlich obligatorisch sein sollte.
 Eine Kaution von 180 Euro wurde verlangt. Dies erzeugte das Gefühl des mangelnden Vertrauens den Gästen gegenüber. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein schönes Ambiente, aber die Unflexibilität des Personals und die unerwarteten Einschränkungen trübten den Aufenthalt erheblich.
