"The room and view were great .,, The Canyon Grill needs a lot of help. I worked for over 15 years for HYATT and Sheraton as a Director of Guest Services, so I know my way around a hotel or two. SERVICE IS EVERYTHING….. You need to fix that ASAP. Don’t talk about . DO IT !!!!"
