Fantastic stay at the Magani Hotel. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our 3 year old was treated like royalty. Loved our stay here.

Always love staying at The Magani. We have stayed enough times that we were delighted to receive a free upgrade to one of their spa suite rooms, which was lovely. The facilities are always clean and well functioning. The staff are lovely and hospitable and coming back to The Magani somehow feels a little like coming home. We will be back very soon.

The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, helpful and caring. The room was spacious, very clean, well designed and has everything one needs for a relaxing holiday. The Mozzarella Restaurant served delicious, well cooked meals for a very good price and the buffet breakfast is to die for! The Magani Hotel is in a very convenient location in Legian, close to shopping, transport, the beach and numerous restaurants. This was our second stay at the Magani and we will be back for sure. We highly recommend it!!

2025,1/2〜1/4まで宿泊しました。事前にアニバーサリー旅行であることを伝えていましたので、お部屋のデコレーションとケーキを頂きました。施設も騒がしい中心街にあるものの落ち着いてきてここのホテルにしてよかったなと思いました。しかし、最終日の朝ごはんを飛行機の関係でお弁当にして欲しいと事前に伝えていたにもかかわらず受付は知っておらず、再度キッチンに伝えてと、事前に連絡した意味はなんなんでしょうか？また、デイリービールがついているプランでしたが、チェックアウトの時は知らないスタッフに対応され危うく二重でお金を取られそうになりました。 部屋は基本的に綺麗でしたが、ベッドに無数の黒いものが付着していて、調べたらダニかもしれない、、と。 日本帰国後コインランドリーを使用する始末。 プールも綺麗で、ディナーショーも楽しく徒歩でいろんなところにも行けるほどアクセスも良いホテルでしたが、総合的に残念な点が多くこの評価です。スタッフの良し悪しも人によりました。

Staff are awesome .. so kind, respectful & accommodating. Great area to walk to shops, eats, massages etc., Hotel is comfortable, we as a couple had a great time, plunge pool room was awesome to use for privacy. Live entertainment every night, meals are adequate and vibe is good! If we ever came back, The Magani would be a repeat!!

Our third stay at Magani within a year. Love it. The staff are amazing. Especially Annie in Mozerella and Deha in the Day Spa. Such beautiful staff all round. The beds are so comfortable and the pillows (OMG GOOD) Lovely hot shower with pressure. Very good!

In great area, close walk to beach, very close to restaurants, shopping and spas. Plunge pool room worth it ( as pool area is busy but we enjoyed that )for when you want a quiet swim anytime. We still always got a lounge chair. Fun Drag show onsite , and all staff were friendly and helpful. Money changer in the lobby was great and pretty comparable to the legit ones outside. Close mini marts for snacks and cokes, Easy check in/ out, and really appreciated the cold towel on arrival as it was a super hot/humid day. Buffet breaky was fresh but we aren’t big bfast eaters so ate omelettes/fried eggs and cereals. The poolside kiosk had some nice looking food going out too, I only had chips and wedges. ( they were crispy and yummy)
