"The hotel is super cute, the front desk people were kind and welcoming. I think it’s a little weird that for a hotel so close to the airport the desk is not open 24/7. We were at dinner in town and had to rush back to check in by 9:30. I wouldn’t say that is a negative just something weird to me. I would definitely stay there again but just plan differently. We had an early flight so becoming close was great in the AM. "

"Easy to find and within walking distance of the Bordeaux Saint John main railway station. Friendly reception staff and very well maintained room with everything required except for dishwashing liquid and tea towels. Very clean. A number of small shops for supplies nearby. "Great location. Friendly staff. No aircon, so not ideal during warm summers! We were also given an accessible family room, which was less than ideal. Toilet is very basic. No shower enclosure, just a flimsy curtain that separates the toilet seat from the shower area."

"What a wonderful hotel! This property lived up to all the reviews I had read about it. We opted for the breakfast option with the room rate and was amazed at the quality of the breakfast that was available. The breakfast bar had everything that we would want for breakfast plus additional things. We stayed in room 120 which is a strong recommendation for anyone visiting the hotel in the future. The bed was super comfortable, and the room itself was larger than some other rooms in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating as far as calling in taxis and offering us recommendations for restaurants. What the big winning feature of the hotel is its location. It’s right in city Center very walkable to the Bordeaux tram system and many wonderful restaurants. when we return to Bordeaux, this will be our go to hotel."

"We stayed 4 days in this beautiful hotel, and it was amazing, since you enter through the door the staff is extremely kind. The facilities are modern, clean and beautiful, the rooms are elegant and very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. It’s close of the main attractions but at the same time far from the noise. I highly recommend this Hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area close to great shopping, dining, public transportation options are within a short walk. Staff was friendly, caring and helpful. Special thanks to Malika, who was very caring and helpful. Parking is available close by although it is a tight one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend highly. "
