「Check in 接待櫃台時常關閉,無人駐守,22:00後便關閉.入口只有階梯,沒有斜坡進入,對於提行李的旅客很不方便.房間沒有電話,只有冬天的暖氣,沒有冷氣空調,沒有刮鬍刀,沒有牙刷,沒有室內拖鞋.照片外觀一樓是和飯店沒有關係的餐廳,這點非常誤導消費者,且晚上用餐酒客經常大聲喧嘩,令人無法安靜入睡.電視全部皆是波蘭語的節目,完全沒有BBC,CNN等英文頻道,非常不方便.」

「Booked this place as it was advertised with air conditioning. Booked specifically for our type 1 diabetic daughter as high temperatures impact her blood sugars. Arrived to find broken fan. No sign of air con. To make matters worst the property refused to move me to apartment with air con or refund the money. To add insult to injury Images on ebookers do not represent the place at all. Stay clear! 」
