"We stay at Hyatt Place Biloxi at least once a year- at Christmas time our family tradition and it’s always 10/10. The rooms are always clean and the bed is so comfortable. The staff is always so pleasant and they take the best care of us. This hotel has complimentary hot breakfast everyday. They have a bar with happy hour from 5-7(PM of course) and they have a menu where you could order quick bites from them. Did I mention they have a pool/jacuzzi and a fire pit daily?! Amazing all day! Thanks you all for showing us a good time- every time!"

"The resort and everything about it was great! Customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I felt safe there because the staff checked everyone’s ids and made sure they were going to their correct designated rooms! The rooms were comfortable and made me feel at home. There were several amenities that were convenient! I loved that they had several restaurant options to choose from at the resort. The resort was also close to all other things you would want to do! I’ll definitely be returning to Scarlet Pearl! "

"Loved it! Will be back. The Buffet was probably the best buffet we have eaten in a Casino hotel. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was delicious. Decorations were still up for the holidays and it was beautiful."
