The room itself was clean and basic and that is totally fine with me. Where my problem was is the way the rooms are advertised. I was under the impression I was stay in the Oasis building not the gold spike building. The only reason I booked the room was because I thought I would be right by the pool. Would be willing to go back if I can figure out how they will guarantee a room nest to the pool.

Our original room wasnt clean. Piss all over the toilet, sink and tub dirty, and the floor needed to be swept and mopped. There's no room phone, so I used my cell to call the front desk, and the guy provided us a new room, which was a clean room. Honestly, we would stay here again. We got the room to sleep and we were able to do that comfortably because the bed was very comfortable.

We were there for our honeymoon. After trying to check in on the kiosks in the lobby we realized that all 4 of them weren't working correctly. Not a good start. So we had to deal with the lady at the front desk. She was helpful I guess and was even kind enough to give us a "room upgrade" with a pool view. We later realized that all of their rooms are pool view. So they just tell people they're getting an upgrade but not an upgrade at all. Their one and only elevator wasn't working so we had to drag our heave suitcases upstairs. After we got to our "upgraded" room with a pool view it didn't seem like much of an upgrade. The door was hard to open and even harder to get latched. Something about the exhaust fan in the bathroom caused brown water to constantly drip onto the toilet and floor and onto your back if you were sitting on the toilet. Also the room smelled horrible with a heavy stale marijuana smell. We were made aware of the fact that the cleaning staff doesn't come everyday to change the sheets and leave clean towels. They only come when you request it. That was fine. No big deal really. Except when we did request clean towels after a couple days they never brought them. The location is great. Being close to the action on Fremont Street was nice. It was also convenient to be a short walk from one of the Deuce bus stops which made it easier to get to the strip.

Perfect location for during the week. Once Thursday hits, it can get nosey. No being a gambling Hotel was great. You can take a shower and bath at the same time. Disliked it was like a club entry at the front door. Staff always are you going to your room, staying at the hotel. A bit much like I didn't feel comfortable enjoying the downstairs area because I always felt watch. No a good feeling.

The staff were very helpful. The area is bustling with activity. Our room was in the Tower and you have to go through the Casino to get to it. At around 10 or 11 pm your access to the room is limited and staff need to escort you since they start partying in the Casino. It is loud and there are earplugs in the room. Overall a decent room and place.

Everything was great. Cleanliness, staff, and location. Only thing was the parking wasn’t explained very well and I got a ticket, but the staff realize they made a mistake in the explanation they reimburse me for the ticket. Great stay!

I like that’s it’s off the main tourist area but within a short walking distance. I also love the pool area and the style of the rooms as well as the access to the night club and adult areas. The things I didn’t like is that there is no fridge or microwave in the room which is a big inconvenience when you have an extended stay. Also the pool was very very cold to the point nobody could swim in it or enjoy the water. Lastly this place really needs a hot tub and I think adding some of these things would greatly improve the overall rating and customer reviews

They treat you like you’re up to no good, even when you’re staying here. Escorting us to and from the elevator even when we had IDs and keys to our rooms. The keys only sometimes worked and the rooms were filthy. However Darlin (I can’t remember how she spelled her name) was extremely kind and sweet. Wouldn’t stay here again. Price is fair but nothing super out of the ordinary.

I've stayed here a number of times. The rooms are clean, the staff is accommodating and the price is right. The location is ideal for Fremont Street Experience, the Arts District, the Mob Museum and the freeway is about 2 minutes away. Tons of great restaurants in walking distance. Parking is convenient.
