Conrad is good. Instead of the floppy DO NOT DISTURB hangtags that fall off the door handle every time I open/close the door, please consider installing RED/GREEN LED “do not disturb” lights with a switch like they have at OCEAN CASINO (Atlantic City). That’s a much cleaner way than these dumb hangtags. I’m sick of chasing the door handle tag which falls off constantly.

Great location for me. The check in process is terrible! I arrived after a very long flight at 10pm to then wait for 30 minutes. They then tried to give me a room with two double beds, I specifically reserved a king. Don't know why it took 10 minutes to find a room. Everything else was fine except no coffee in room...but that's Vegas.

I didn't like my bed. It was like sleeping on a cement slab-awful! Also, I was with friends, but we were roomed on different floors and on opposite sides of the building. We wanted to visit each other and couldn't because our keys wouldn't allow us on the elevator. Just something as simple as a friend bringing me coffee was restricted.
