"Expedia was one of the worse experiences ever from the flights to the wrong island having to pay out of pocket to change flights that they messed up to them trying to cancel my room but once we made it to the resort the Hilton upgraded my room free of charge everyone was so kind the experience with them overall is 5/5 family oriented and a vacation we will never forget would highly recommend the Hilton Waikiki !!"

Pool was great, room was so lovely( a bit noisy but that’s just the city ) the decor was just perfect. the hotel had an excellent restaurant, pool bar and coffee shop on site. Moderately priced ( expensive but not outrageous) this hotel and staff put a lot of effort into detail and ambiance! We loved our stay and if we were to visit this island again this is where we would stay. My biggest praise however goes to the staff at the hotel!!! Every employee was absolutely amazing, kind and accommodating. Great Job!!!! "

"The Sheraton is by far the best hotel resort in the area. I stayed on the 17th floor and the views is crazy. I recommend the oceanfront hotel option. I think if you want your money’s worth then oceanfront option is the best. Kai Market is the way to go for breakfast. Now the most important costly thing is the valet. 55$ a night I recommend just paying for the entire valet for the length of your stay rather than nightly. It’ll be easier at the end when you have to pay your remaining balance. Theirs like 18 elevators so you never have to worry about waiting. I love the Sheraton resort. THE BEST THING IS THE LOCATION. YOU ARE IN THE HEART OF LUXURY ROW AND CAN LITERALLY WALK TO ANY PLACE. Sheraton is definitely the gem. 10/10!!! "
