「We had a very nice stay in nice surroundings. Housekeeping was good and all staff very friendly. With work going on at the front entrance, there was less room to unload our things. Also, some noise from the construction but unavoidable.」

「We booked a studio flat with full kitchen. Hotel room was huge and the kitchen got everything you need. The spa facilities are very good with several hot tubs that you can dip into. But just tubs are a bit crowded. We were happy with the hotel itself but just the location was a bit too far....we drove from Jasper to this hotel, it took us forever to reach there. And after Banff and Jasper, you would find Kootenay a big disappointment in scenery. Making the drive to Panorama not worth it. But...

「The suite we stayed in was in a different building than the lodge and the proprietor was so nice to walk us down to the suite and give us a tour. The personal touch was much appreciated. This place was perfect for the two of us (one cross country skier and one downhill skier) - we would definitely book it again.」
