"I was pleasantly surprised by how charming and roomy the space was. The host was super friendly and even helped us unload when we arrived. Everything I needed was there and easy to find, although we did need to purchase our own coffee. "Spacious, perfect for our family of 6. Close to the beach, the cafes, and shops. Has a unique rooftop patio for a bit of sun. Very well maintained with plenty of room for everyone. For a longer stay like ours, having the kitchen and laundry facilities was essential. It was nice to have a dining table for 6 for our Christmas as well "

"It was a wonderful stay!! Our only two suggestions would be more towels, available in all rooms, and to get a new mattress for the first floor bedroom. (The current one has a dent down the middle and it’s quite uncomfortable.)"

"This house is the perfect example of a Southern California house 1 mile from the beach. Light and bright with lots of windows and spacious area's for gathering inside and out. Very clean with everything needed for a long stay. Great location with easy access to the beach, local bars/restaurants/shops and the freeway. "
