Check in staff weren't overly friendly. Offered to upgrade me then after I said that would be lovely, then told me it would cost X amount. This never used to happen.
Room service sub par, and no robes in the rooms anymore?
Staff didn't seem overly fussed or happy to help.
Have stayed before and noticed this trip a significant decline in facilities, service, etc.
