"Very nice staff. Ended up in nice room but first two abandoned due to broken toilet and then horrible smell. They let us check out at 2pm because daughter was having surgery at hospital. This was most appreciated. The property needs a spruce up but we had a good stay. The staff kindness made up for property’s aging and need for Reno. "

"We stayed at the Sagamore in Baltimore, and overall, it was a great experience. Check-in was quick, and our room was beautiful. However, we encountered a slight issue—the heat wasn’t working on Valentine’s Day, which was disappointing. The next day, Saturday, we brought it to the front desk’s attention, and they promptly upgraded us to a larger stateroom. From that point on, our stay was excellent. We truly appreciated how quickly they accommodated us and the great service we received."

"The accomodations have a wonderful blend of the old and new. Beautiful antique paintings, sculptures, furniture and decorum, with modern bathroom upgrades. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit, hot cider, blueberry pancakes and real maple syrup. Our server Cherish was fantastic!!"
