"I needed a hot water pot and Milinda took care of us also helped us check in a little early. Had to check out a little late and Diane took care of it for me. This was all done via text. Area around hotel has a lot of walking distance good and grocery shopping (especially if you’re Chinese) , also charging station and gas station (ARCO) nearby. But it’s the customer service that will bring me back here! Thank you."

"The staff were welcoming and readily available to help with any question. We used ride share a lot and never had an issue with pickup and drop off. Hotel is walking distance from restaurants and convenience/grocery stores. Overall great stay! "
