"1st, this not a property for the very stuck up. This is real for backpack traveler and those interested in outdoorsy adventures. Its literally on the Mombacho Volcano. Try walking to the top or there are taxis thay can take you. The host is very helpful and friendly, he can set you up with transport from airport n back. Along with other adventures. He also has a great Night Walk thru the jungle where you can see the wild life"

"The property was close to beach and walkable. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was an option which we had a few times. Staff was very helpful arranging taxi and sharing walks and things to explore. Enjoyed that it was non smoking. Enjoyed having coffee and water available as well. I would recommend this place and have no problem coming back."

"Loved my stay as a solo traveler at Costa Oeste. Quiet area around Santana Beach. Very chilled out. Room was comfy, AC was cold, food was good, staff was great — and the best sunsets. Location was very walkable with two markets and a handful of restaurants nearby. Enough friendly travelers around when you want a chat, but not so many it feels overrun. Perfect spot for a beach escape."

"This was my second time staying at this property everything about 99 Surf is incredible. The staff go above beyond to help, are incredibly friendly and seem to genuinely love their work. The property is located in a great area that is easily walkable to other great spots a popular surf break. But the food at 99 is probably my favourite. It's reasonably priced the quality of is immaculate! Make sure to try the Rosti for breakfast or the short ribs for dinner."

"If you don't mind driving back and forth on dusty bumpy roads and asking where the heck this place is over and over, then it might be ok for you if you are a surfer that doesn't mind substandard lodging. The outdoor bathrooms were dirty with no water and the room smelled like vapors coming from the uncorked sewer drains. The room is worth far less"

Please do not advertise a pool when there is no functioning pool. Add some hammocks on top floor and throw out broken chairs. Throw out your dirty pillows and buy new ones.
