We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tracadero Beach Resort. A gem of a place.

This resort was spectacular! The service, the staff, the food, the atmosphere - all exceptional. I will be returning when I visit again.

The property was in good condition. Two things I did not like was our room was not ready by 3PM as advertised. We did not get into our room until after 4pm. Additionally check in and check out took a very long time. If you could find a way to automate those procedures that would save time. The other thing I did not like was how slippery the tile got when it was wet. I even fell my first day there. As it is a resort with both pool and ocean, I would think non-skid tile would have been used. Even in my room, if the tile was wet, it was very slippery. I had to buy band aides when I was there for $15 USD. OUTRAGEOUS!

Our honeymoon at Cayo Levantado felt like a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the beauty and care we experienced. The exceptional service, stunning views, and attention to every detail made this an unforgettable trip. We want to give a special thank you to the amazing team: • Sol at the beach, who was always sweet and recommended the best drinks. • Carlos at the beach, who made sure we had incredible drink suggestions. • Augusto at the restaurants, who provided flawless and attentive service. • Angelito, who kindly transported us in the carts with such warmth. • Jefris, the manager, who ensured every aspect of our stay was perfect. • Emmanuela, our ambassador, who went above and beyond to care for us. The food options were incredible, offering a variety of flavors to enjoy. The pools and the beach were breathtaking, and the room was always impeccably cleaned, adding a sense of luxury to our stay. What made this experience truly special was how the staff treated us—with kindness, dedication, and genuine care. It was so emotional that I cried when we had to leave. Cayo Levantado wasn’t just a honeymoon; it was a dream and a memory we’ll treasure forever. Thank you to the entire team for making this a magical experience. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed here for 6 nights across in December 2024 and had a wonderful time. The most impressive thing was the grounds. They were beautifully kept with gorgeous trees and vegetation. The pools were large with plenty of space and the water park was a big hit with our kids. The beach was lovely too, and having all these different areas to visit each day meant our 6 and 9 year olds were happy and entertained. The staff were lovely too. The only thing I think could be improved was the food. We tried a couple of the restaurants but you can't make reservations so this meant waiting behind 7-10 other families which didn't really work with hungry, impatient kids! Also the food in the restaurants didn't appear to be a better quality than the buffet (I had a pasta dish in the Italian restaurant where the prawns were a strange texture and definitely weren't fresh), so we stuck to the buffet after that to make the most of having a wider choice. It was also a shame that menus at the restaurants were via a QR code - I like to leave my phone in the room on holiday. Overall we had a great time and I would recommend for families!
