「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon walking in you see the lobby and kitchen with trendy vibe. Front desk and restaurant staffs were all friendly and professional and efficient. The room is very clean and modern, also equipped with special lighting called Luminotherapy which I found very interesting. Public indoor jacuzzi was nice. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and , if I had to nitpick would be saying hi to customer when in the hall way. I would definitely stay...

「Very nice and friendly people at the front desk. Rooms are very comfortable and housekeeping is great. Pool, hot tub and sauna makes a great relaxation time. Good breakfast in the morning. We had a great time.」

「Part of the hotel is in midst of renovation. The main entrance is closed and have to go in via side doorway, internet was interrupted sometime, but overall speaking, the service and food quality at breakfast is good.」

「Ne vous fier pas aux critiques du Duc de Shawinigan et de la Comtesse de Sherbrooke qui pense avoir le luxe du Chateau Frontenac pour 100$ la nuit. Tu as ce que tu paye pour. Un lit propre, de l'eau chaude et des serviettes propres pour la nuit. Oui, c'est vieux et la tapisserie est laite, mais bon. 」

「Hotel was great, the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey, we did not know about it until we checked in. There was a party on the Saturday night and it was pretty noisy. 」

「The facilities are nice, spacious room, good bathroom, functional kitchen, long breakfast window time, and friendly manager. However, eventhough you chose a non smoking room you can still smell it everywhere. Aside from that everything is good. 」

「The breakfast lady was very unhelpful. I wanted to eat the yogurt and asking for spoons.She said no. Basically whatever we asked her, she just said no.」
