"We stayed on the lounge level. The room was beautiful, and access to lounge was great. The cocktail hour (I don't remember the actual name) offered a wide variety of food and drinks every day. We had one small issue with housekeeping, but it was immediately rectified. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There was a wide array of choices, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The staff were professional and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel."

Not only it has all you expect from a 5 star, but everyone is so professional without making you feel too awkward by being super polite, as it happens to many 5 stars.
