"The overall service was good. Friendly front desk and concierge. I have given them 5 stars during my earlier stay in this property. However, this time I'm a bit doubt about the cleanliness of the room. Myself and parents were staying there for one nigh in two separate rooms. Myself and father both have eyes infection and both of my legs are itchy and feeling like bug bites or dust mite in the room. They have taken and received the photos from me but still haven't heard anything from them."
