Stayed here for 3 nights and had an amazing time. The city centre and tourist attractions were only a short walk. Room was spacious and beds were very comfy. The buffet breakfast was very nice. Will definitely be coming back in the near future. Great city!

Staff were lovely. Location was pretty good. Elevator / lift didn't work. No hot water one morning. Carpets tired. Very noisy in the mornings. Overall, okay but not great.

I honestly could fault this hotel. A very comfy bed and room. Nice bathroom. And the staff are simply some of the best. All with amazing English. Great smiles whenever they see you and super helped up with transfers and any other queries. In a perfect spot just 5 mins walk from the old town and to the cathedral/castle. Great staff. Great room. Great hotel. For sure booking here when I visit krakow again.

The hotel is centrally located & well maintained. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The great thing about Hotel 32 is the staff. It is rare in Central/Eastern Europe to experience warm & hospitable customer service. Hotel 32 reception staff are professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. It is very refreshing.
