the hotel is on the east side of train station, quiet area compare to west side, but easy access to shops and restaurants just across train station, free parking on site, complimentary breakfast, not alot of choices but good enough to start a day.

On the other side of the tracks, but really nice
The hotel is close to the East Exit of the Koriyama JR station, away from the bustle of the town center. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was fine, and I'd definitely stay there again.

ツインルームは建物の端にあり広くて快適です。トイレ、シャワーは少し古いかも、ですが湯の量など申し分ありません。たまに廊下で走る？人などいると揺れている気がしました
