「We had a wonderful time at Bo Phut Resort. The staff were nice, friendly and attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. There was direct access to the beach from the resort so very convenient for us whether we want to soak up the sun by the pool or on the beach. 「This is a great little bargain if you want to be near green mango. The rooms are super clean and modern and the bathrooms are nice., but the beds are pretty hard. You will hear noise from outside, but this was a great place to stay for a quick stop over. You also have access to the pool and beach through the neighboring Chaweng Garden hotel. I’d do it again.」

「The hygiene of the breakfast buffet is not up to 5 star standards, and the choice are very limited. The beach are so beautiful and generally the facilities are good, yet the kids club closed at 6pm is not convenient to family with kids. Staff at the front desk are very nice, however staffs working in F&B outlets are impolitely or even no greetings to guest, they don’t even look at you when they talk to you. They should have more training.」

「the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. and the food was nice too! the hotel is abit far from places (but not too much), but that is exactly why it was very serene and quiet and enjoyable. we took a private pool room and it was fun! we could watch sunrise from right outside our room. enjoyed our stay very much :)」

「飯店海景很漂亮，不過晚上蚊子很多，早上餐廳蒼蠅也很多。比較困擾的是：浴室水很小，而且忽冷忽熱的，還有房間礦泉水只給兩罐，根本不夠喝，需要水的話，飯店一瓶賣40元。另外，wifi從我們住的第一天晚上就無法連線，隔天早上到櫃檯詢問說會給登錄名稱和密碼也沒給，一直到下午，再到櫃檯詢問，才給了一組密碼。」

「The rooms are fabulous but the property needs some update and a lick of external paint. The flush in the toilet needed fixing and the lights in one of the wardrobes got stuck.. I didn’t expect such a state of repair but the hotel team fixed everything quickly」
