"This is one of the best Hyatt Regency hotels I have ever stayed at! What makes it great is the staff and management, they all are very customer oriented and do their best to provide a good experience for their guests. The rooms are clean and modern; and the location is great too, shopping and good restaurants around plus you can get to most places in Houston within 15-20 minutes, very convenient! Will be back again. "

"The clerk was very nice they gave our children two stuffed bulls when we checked in. That made their day . The room was nice but needed some more cleaning also the conditioner was out but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The parking was right behind the hotel and an easy walk to the lobby entrance which was what we were looking for ! "
