"Lotanof banging from the rooms beside us around 1am to 3am every night. The restaurant downstairs is not very nice. They chase us for not giving tip in fron of other costumers where in fact, we left cash on our table for the server. Very rude, i think that is the manager. Very disappointing. We did not go back to that restaurant again. Other wise the housekeeping are very friendly as well as the reception staff."

"I really liked this hotel. The staff was excellent and we were made to feel very welcomed. The room was clean and bright. Loved their coffee bar room. Great place to read, play games or just visit with family/friends in a welcoming room. I will definitely be coming back. If i could give a higher rating I would. "

"This was a great location on top of the market, although we did find parking was a bit tricky to locate our first night there...no problems afterwards of course. Downtown Vancouver was only a seabus trip away plus quick access to major routes including the famous sea to sky highway. Topping it all off is the shipyards, a truly unique and enjoyable place. I would recommend this hotel to my friends."
