"Overall our stay was good. The condo had the amenities we needed to cook for family meals. Has a great shower in the back bedroom. Mattresses could use updating with a little more padding. Location is easily accessible to the strip and attractions. Carpet in the outside hallway needs a deep cleaning. For some reason, the kitchen sink had ants and tiny bee like insects living in the light housing. Renter is taking care of it immediately when we reported."

"The condo was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. I wish I could give a perfect review but I think it is unacceptable to not have reliable, secure wifi at any rental home. The wifi is unsecure, open, and shared by all 20 units in the building. It dropped constantly, wouldn't reconnect for hours at a time, and wasn't strong enough to even open email. The owners/management need to do better. "

"We were in the area for a gift show and family vacation. The trek up the mountain the first time was a little scary, but once at the top, the view was well worth it. The unit was perfect for the 5 of us. While it does sleep 8, it would feel a little tight with more than 5. The indoor pool and hot tub are close and we had a nice time there. The kitchen has all you need to make a meal. Our only complaint would be that when we pulled out the sofa bed it didn’t look like the sheets had been changed...

"This location is right in the heart of the action. Close to The Island, groceries, Dollywood and dining. Also far enough back from the road where you cant hear the noise from the city. We watched from the balcony every morning as a family of wild turkeys come out from the wooded. We loved the 2 pools, indoor and outdoor. The condo was clean and decorated with a cabin feel. I had texted the property manager about pool hours and got an instant response, very helpful and friendly. I would stay here...

"Loved our Condo would be so much enjoyable if you had a Mountain View from Patio, there isn’t no Oven big disappointment it was our Anniversary we bought steaks to cook in oven and baked potatoes but that was a No Go! Fire Place is just for looks one last thing No Kitchen Towels or dish cloths No Kitchen Trash Bags but Overall a Beautiful Condo! "

"Great stay! Condo unit itself was very nice and clean. Was perfect sized for family of 4. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Had everything we needed for a week stay. Building (exterior, stairs, balcony) could use a little updating/work. This is a 2nd story condo (no elevator). Nice and clean outdoor pool. Also has indoor pool and hot tubs. NOTE: Complex is on the side of a mountain, near the top. Curvy road to get there. You will be in bear country. Saw bears almost everyday in area and on condo...

"The cabin was perfect for 2 people. Well decorated and supplied. Bed was very comfortable. Only CON the cabin is upstairs (wasn’t stated beforehand) and the name of the cabin wasn’t on reservation, so was very difficult to find. "
